Ratings

Ratings are a unified way for the entire staff to appraise an athletes ability.

Athletes never see the ratings you give them.

Overall Rating: 

This is a single grade from A+ to F.

The most recent overall grade assigned by any staff member will be shown

Recruitability Score:

This is a numeric system to allow staff to compare an athlete to their current roster. The most recent score assigned by a staff member will be shown.

Giving every athlete you evaluate a recruitability score will also help us direct them toward the best fit.

General and Position Skills

Tier 1 Only

• Apply a grade of A-F

• General categories are Skill, Body, Mind, Heart, Team

• Position categories are dependent on the position being evaluated

You can evaluate a player for more than one position (ie. an outside as a libero)

Delete a Rating

Click the option menu (3 vertical dots) on the right to clear your grades or delete the rating entirely.
